Denied tire repair. False diagnosis.

Went to Just Tires because on of my tires is losing air. The tech told me my tire was in too bad of shape to repair and claimed the tire was full of cracks. I don't think that was the case and I think the tech was full of cra- or too incompetent and simply didn't want to do the repair. That was the first and last time I'll think about going to "Just Tires"II

Poor customer service, and bad service

On December 22, 2022, I purchased four tires, and a wheel alignment, from just tires at Harlem Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. At 18:18,I received a phone call from the store supervisor, in which he claimed that my wipers needed to be replaced.

I had just checked my wipers on the 20th of December 2022, and my wipers were fine, so I explained to the store supervisor, that I was not interested. After waiting over five hours, for my tires to be replaced, and for the alignment, I payed the bill, and proceeded to go home. On my way home, it was snowing lightly, but when I turned on my wipers, both wipers fell off. I called the just tires store, and the supervisor answered.

When I explained what happened, the supervisor insinuated that I was lying.

Not to mention his disrespect towards me as a customer, his tone of voice was that of a very unprofessional behavior. I wish to speak with someone about this unfortunate incident, and as a long time customer, I want to see results.

Customer service at Clayton location was horrible. The young girl working there is extremely rude and has a horrible attitude! I've put 3 sets of tires on 3 different cars there and have been a customer there for 7 years. Not bad a problem till she got there. Will not go back. Very, very disappointing.

Made an appointment a few days ago to do my oil change at just tires at 3005 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA. I got an email confirming it, and when I showed up they said my appointment wasn't in their system, not even after I showed my confirmation, I had to leave early work to make it on time, is not my fault their stupid cheap system does not work, very disappointed. I should get reimbursed for wasting my time

A tire on a vehicle I was operating was (supposedly) patched/plugged by the establishment, thus being repaired and made roadworthy. It was a great reassurance that I did not have to replace it with a new tire, given that the other three tires were "old" as well and all being still of an adequate tread.

After paying for the repair, I had left the premises only to drive into an adjacent neighborhood across the main road, less than a mile then into a driveway where the car sat throughout. The following day I then noticed that the "repaired" tire was seemingly in the same condition as before; very low on air (becoming flat). I called ahead at that location, gave explanation, and had returned the next day prior to the start of business (first customer, mind you). After a forty minute wait, I was then told that tire (now) had a nail in the sidewall (huh???) and was thus unrepairable.

Nothing is absolute, but the likelihood of incurring a "nail into the sidewall of that tire on the roadway to my destination while in a residential low speed zone, is a very high improbability with minuscule odds of occurrence. The business then tried to sell me a new tire and (surprisingly) offered me a credit for the cost of the earlier transaction. I surely became leery and requested a refund (credit) for the "no service" I had already been charged for. It was refused and I simply had the establishment install the spare tire in place of the (now) "ruined" tire and went my way.

I done "chalked it up", took the rip off, cut my losses, and sought business elsewhere. After price shopping thereafter, I learned that a comparable tire would have cost me quite less elsewhere than the cost I was quoted for the new tire inclusive of the price reduction offered me. I understand other victims, I meant customers, have been in greater financial ruins than I, but the principle remains the same.

Good news spreads like honey, and how sweet it is, whereas bad news spreads like toxin and that is my plightJust Tires, in my opinion, is Just Tyrants - to that end, you reap what you sow... God Bless...

Failed observation

I set appointment because I kept hearing something loud coming from my front tires, I ask them to check it because I was leaving for a trip. Said everything was good, I left the next day and the noise got louder, my family broke down 4 hours into our trip.

The Wheel bearings where actually smoking and I had to pay $585 to get them replaced. Had to wait for 3 days for them to get our truck in . This is unacceptable and I have a Good Year card that I would have used but I had to use part of our vacation money.

I ask them at the Just Tires store what it could be and they said it was fine. They removed the front wheels and didn't even notice it and it was very loud so this is unacceptable and I need someone to contact me.

On August Friday 20th. I took a big nail in my car. I went to Just tires of Franklin Park and Gran Av. I told the distpatcher That I have an emergency because I have a nail in my tire and my tire was getting flat. The didtpatcher told me The I need to make an appointment because he has everything full. I am been loyal to just tires for more than 6 years. The distpatcher told me the could not move the others cars for fix my problem. He told me the I need to wait that day for three hours but he almost close. My question is what is your policy? Do you let your loyal customers to have an accident?

If I go in for new tires and say I want back one that was new because I was buying 4 and wanted to keep a recently purchased one for a spare, I should have that right! It was MY property.

I asked for it back. I was told it was put in the back of my van. I didn't look until the next morning and noticed they did NOT give me back my new tire. They gave me the defective one.

I called and was told someone would call me back and they had one for me. No one called. My husband called and was told someone would call back. He called again and the guy was not there or busy, so he went in.

They offered him someone else's old, well-worn different sized tire in place of my almost new one I had only purchase this past spring! In my eyes, that is stolen property. I asked for MY item, an employee told me it was in my car, and it was not. Is stealing typical of this company, because that is what this is!

This is also the ONLY place I have EVER had to pay 25.00 PER TIRE for installation on top of their inflated prices! THIEVES! Had it not been a holiday weekend with a road trip planned, I would have waited and went somewhere else when given their crazy quotes!

Then they go and keep my property? CROOKS!

Labor Day weekend wasted

Labor Day weekend wasted I went into Best Buy on the Saturday of the memorial weekend. Ive had a made appointment on Friday to be there at 10:30 one of my tires had a large screw in it. I went to get it repaired since I am still under the warranty on the tires. I got there went to the office to check in 15 minutes later they came and got my tire out of my van. I then waited and I went to the market Catty corner of just tires. I then came back 30 minutes later and they told me that the tire is repairable. I said fine how much longer. They said that they dont have any patches there that they need to go get them from another store in Azusa. I said how long will that be the service guy told me the guy left 30 minutes ago. I said you guys are a tire store and you guys have no patches. I waited. Half an hour went by and still no patches. I went to the office and asked why is it taking so long to go get patches it was very hot outside and I had other appointments to attend at that day. Then the person that was helping me tells me if you like you could take your car and come back for your tire. I told him why would I do that why would I have to take my vehicle across town for appointments I have and then come back especially taking it on a spare tire how about if I get another flat tire or something happens I would be stranded then. Then another worker there in the office told me in a threatening voice hey *** be here with the patches he will be here with the patches repeating himself. They were all just waiting around doing nothing wasting time waiting for patches to get in; they had a lot of flat tires to fix on this day; and they were just waiting around twiddling their fingers waiting for patches to fix flat tires. Finally the person that went to get the patches came. After that it took them another hour to fix my tire. Hey then I spent two hours and some minutes waiting to get my tire fixed. This is very upsetting to me because the whole day was wasted after that my Labor Day weekend was ruined I lost my appointments and I had to Do them on the following day which wasted the whole weekend all the way up to Monday. I didnt even get to relax one day on memorial weekend all because they didnt have patches in their stockroom. If this is the way you run a business Not having just the simplest thing as patches in a tire shop then you shouldnt be in business. Its like going to a donut shop that doesnt make donuts. Complain about customer service

I bought 4 brand new tires a week ago. And a week later one of the tires catches a flat.

They didnt mention anything about roadside hazard warranty during time of purchase and so when I came in to get this figured out, they were rude about the fact and offered no solutions other than I need to pay for a patch or a brand new tire.

I said okay and she said the wait time was 2.5 hours!

It was 1pm so I said I'll leave the tire and come back for mounting. She said to come back at 4. I come back at 4, and they said my truck was next. I waited over 40mins and they hadn't even fixed the tire or looked at it.

It was in the same spot I had left it at 1pm! I told them I cant wait. So I pulled up the truck to pick the tire up and they don't even put the tire in my truck bed or anything. I had to lift the tire up myself even though I had just had 2 surgeries the week before.

No consideration or apologies for not working on my tire.

I came early, left it there thinking its gonna be worked on, and I come back and all they did was decide everyone else's work who decided to wait would be worked on before mine.

So then I had to call Goodyear corporate to figure out the issues with the tire. They had to call JustTires to confirm warranty prices, and one location warranty charges $25/tire and another location warranty charges $35/tire. So I have to go back to the same location with rude people because they are charging the lower warranty price.

I only am able to get a solution to the issue because Goodyear corporate warranty rep was able to get involved.

The worst tire experience ever. I will never come back to them again.

They refused to help me or even give me any names of the employees. I purchased 4 brand new tires at this location on Sepulveda Blvd in Culver City. This is ridiculous that I cant get help at 4pm because its too busy and I have to leave my car overnight.
